Half-Life 2 (PC) - No Damage, Hard Difficulty

Half-Life 2 done without taking any damage on the Hard difficulty setting in 139 segments. No glitches were used, meaning that i don’t do any prop flying, abh, ash, etc. This video is intended to be a game walkthrough, for the most part. Some specific strategies were used to avoid taking damage at any cost. Hitscan enemies in HL2 have a very low accuracy so i tend to keep my distance and kill them from afar whenever possible, and since Gordon also doesn’t have amazing accuracy it usually takes a lot longer to kill enemies like that, but still, it’s a really convenient way to avoid damage most of the time. A good example of this strategy can be seen at 33:18. Some people might wonder how did i not take any damage from the buggy fall at the start of Highway 17 at 1:30:17. The secret there is save loading. There’s a speech from the crane girl “Damn magnet’s on!“, the most consistent way i found is to save right after she says “damn“
