“Апостол“. Документальный фильм с тифлокомментированием.

Это честная, не выдуманная история о девушке Евгении. Она потеряла зрение в детстве, но сохранила любовь к культуре, истории и творчеству. Евгения отправляется в библиотеку для незрячих и слабовидящих, чтобы исполнить свою мечту – прикоснуться к уникальной книге «Апостол». Реплика «Апостола» напечатана со старообрядческого экземпляра совместно отделом редких книг и рукописей ГПНТБ СО РАН и Новосибирской областной специальной библиотекой для незрячих и слабовидящих (НОСБ). НОСБ – один из главных сибирских центров инклюзии для незрячих и слабовидящих людей. Через прикосновение к уникальному изданию фильм раскрывает образ героини, ее отношение к истории и культуре родной страны. Рассказывает о людях, коллективах НОСБ и отдела редких книг и рукописей ГПНТБ, о создании книги, о работе в сфере инклюзии в  Сибири. Фильм, в первую очередь, погружает зрителя в вопрос языка, с помощью которого незрячие познают мир, и акцентирует внимание общественности на актуальных проблемах инклюзии в Новосибирске и регионе. Специально для фильма выполнено тифлокомментирование (аудиодескрипция) –  инклюзивная аудитория сможет познакомиться с лентой в удобном для себя формате. Это не просто перевод. Режиссёр работает в тандеме с переводчиком, благодаря чему опыт незрячего от просмотра не будет уступать опыту любого зрителя. Вероятно, незрячие и слабовидящие люди даже получат преимущество – точные акценты в сценах, которые обычно приходится искать глазами. The replica of the “Apostle“ was printed from an Old Believer copy jointly by the Department of Rare Books and Manuscripts of the State Scientific Research Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Novosibirsk Regional Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired (NOSB). NOSB is one of the main Siberian inclusion centers for blind and visually impaired people. Through touching the unique edition, the film reveals the image of the heroine, her attitude to the history and culture of her native country. He talks about the people, collectives of the NOSB and the Department of Rare books and Manuscripts of the State Scientific and Technical Library, about the creation of the book, about work in the field of inclusion in Siberia. The film, first of all, immerses the viewer in the question of the language with which the blind learn the world, and focuses public attention on the current problems of inclusion in Novosibirsk and the region. Typhlokommentation (audio transcription) was performed especially for the film – an inclusive audience will be able to get acquainted with the tape in a format convenient for themselves. It’s not just a translation. The director works in tandem with the translator, so that the experience of the blind from viewing will not be inferior to the experience of any viewer. Probably, blind and visually impaired people will even get an advantage – precise accents in scenes that usually have to look for with their eyes.
