Acro Calibrations! This is a set of advanced beginner and intermediate level poses and transitions designed as a warm up for training sessions, partner conditioning, and for getting to know new acrobatic partners. I highly recommend practicing all of the transitions “Tai Chi Slow“ to ensure that base and flyer support through the entire motion. This means no drops or flails to get to position! Paradoxically, learning will come faster if the motion is slower, so add speed only when you feel ready as a team.
