The Super Mouth Organ (1926)

“There’s a big contrast in this tiny little fellow...“ C/U of a tiny mouth organ in a man’s outstretched hand. Man with grubby hand turns it over to show the camera. C/U of the man - he is dressed in a Pearly King outfit. He begins to play the tiny harmonica - to the amusement of a man standing next to him. “And this monster... (seventeen feet long!)“ High angle shot of a crowded street. Group of Pearly Kings jauntily lead a procession with others carrying a massive mouth organ! Printed on the side of the harmonica are the words “Blue“ and “Bird“. Various shots of the huge harmonica being carried by several Pearly Kings. “It is the super-super-mouth organ - and takes ten men of this Coster Band to “call its tune.“ M/S of a Pearly King and Queen dancing to the band who pretend to play the mouth organ. C/U of men sitting behind the harmonica puffing away! More shots of the band and of the dance. One of the band is lifted up and sat on the harmonica. Funny, quirky stuff. Was an item in
