HP Elite 8200 PSU Adapter pin configuration

Installing an aftermarket PSU into your old HP Elite 8xxx Workstation is possible with the use of an ATX Adapter. In some cases the supplied cable pin order does not work and you are left with a PC that beeps 4 times and displays a red power LED. I researched and found several online documents and videos but none were able to actually show me what the right order was for the 6pin cable.
