WATCH: Trump bashes Paris accord while Biden touts climate efforts | CNN Presidential Debate

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump addressed how they’d handle climate change as if reelected during CNN’s Presidential Debate. Trump described the Paris accord as a “rip-off“ and accused Biden of undoing progress he’d made as president. “I have the biggest heart on the stage. I guarantee you that and I wanna take care of people,“ Trump said. Biden touted his administration’s accomplishments, including the creation of a climate corps. Of Trump, he said: “The idea that he claims that he has the biggest heart up here, and he’s really concerned about about pollution and about climate, I have not seen any indication of that.“ The June 27 CNN Presidential Debate was the first time Biden and former Trump faced off this election season.
