How to... Body Drag Rescue

Have you ever had to rescue an unconscious body? Well... I hope NOT but if you have you will know how HARD it is to get them to the shore. Alfie Hart (usually the man behind the camera) found himself in this situation over the winter and came up with this technique. We are NOT saying this is the only way or the BEST but it really worked for Alfie and he wanted to share how he did it.
