If you are looking for the best homemade moist chocolate cake made from cocoa powder, look no further. Rich chocolate flavor, this recipe is easy, without using a cake mixer, just mix using a regular blender. Cake 3 eggs (medium size) 250 ml cooking oil 300 g condensed milk 250 ml whole milk (full cream or evaporate can be used) 90 g cocoa powder 155g whole purpose wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder Cocoa powder chocolate ganache 150 g sugar 250ml (full cream or evaporated can be used) 30g cocoa powder 1 tsp agar powder (5g) 20g corn flour 125ml water 110g butter ------------------------------------------ Kek coklat moist versi bajet, kek ni tak gunakan coklat masakan untuk bahagian kek dan juga topping. Keduanya menggunakan serbuk koko. Untuk bahagian kek pula cuma gunakan blender untuk adun. Tak perlu mixer. Selamat mencuba ❤️ Kek 3 biji telur 1 cawan minyak masak -(250 ml) 1 cawan susu pekat manis (300 g) 1 cawan susu full cream (250 ml) - boleh ganti dengan susu sejat 3/4 cawan serbuk koko (90 g) 1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum (155g) 1 sdt baking powder Coklat ganache dari serbuk koko 3/4 cawan gula (150 g) 1 cawan susu full cream (250ml) 1/4 cawan serbuk koko (30g) 1 sdt serbuk agar-agar (5g) 2 sudu tepung jagung (20g) 1/2 cawan air (125ml) 1/2 cawan mentega (110g)
