Full Title reads: “London - Princess Arthur of Connaught - opens new Nursery School above new model flats which have replaced one of London’s worst ’slums’.“ London. High angle shot from upstairs window of Princess Arthur of Connaught getting out of car in street. People are gathered to watch her arrival. She is accompanied by several civic dignitaries as she makes her way in to the building. She makes her way along a balcony. People gathered on the balcony which is decorated with flags, including the Union Jack. A man (possibly a vicar) is making a speech. Low angle shot of the speech maker on the balcony. More shots of the man making speech, Princess Arthur stands next to him. (The sound is too indistinct to pick out what he is saying). Princess Arthur makes speech about the nursery - she says that she knows it will be of great benefit to the children. Princess Arthur walks along the balcony.
