Strength Based Movements: 1. Basic Squat 2. Single Leg RDL (Right / Left) 3. Reverse Lunge (Right / Left) 4. Alt. Lateral Lunge 5. Jump Squat 6. Single Leg Jumps 7. Lateral Bound 8. Lunge Jump 9. Side leg raises (Right / Left) 10. Various Core Movements Dynamic Movements: 1. Power skips 2. Heel flicks 3. High knees 4. Open / Close up the hips 5. Lateral shuffle with arm swings 6. High knee carioca 7. Hamstring sweeps / Figure 4’s 8. Cross Body Hamstring kicks 9. Quick high knees into a 20 yard 75% sprint 10. Walking Juggling Ball work: 1. Passing back and forth using both feet (30 seconds) 2. Lateral moving volleys alternating (5 passes each foot) 3. Backward to forward headers (10 headers)
