The annual Petrochemical and Refining Congress PRC Russia & CIS 2020 was held on 12-13 October 2020 in Saint Petersburg. More than 200 representatives from Russia and the CIS met together to discuss the main issues of industry development, as well as to establish new connections and to strengthen the old ones.
