Many people own boats and keep them on lifts that are supposed to protect them. Some of the lifts weren’t tall enough and the surge reached the boats breaking them free and sending them floating off. Tracy Nixon got some intense footage of a bunch of guys trying to save one of the boats. They used a large tractor and pulled it out of the water. She granted us rights to the footage and also gave us sound. 4 hood sound bites for this plus the action footage and b-roll.
