Timestamps 0:00 PS4 5:16 PS4 Pro PS4 uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest resolution found being 1280x720 and the highest resolution found being 1920x1080. A resolution of 1920x1080 is rare on the PS4. PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest pixel count found being 3200x1800 and the lowest pixel count found being approximately 2080x1170. A resolution of 3200x1800 is rare on the PS4 Pro. Edit: The PS4 Pro renders at the same resolution when outputting at 1080p. PS4 Pro appears to be using a form of checkerboard rendering to reach the stated resolutions. The base PS4 does not appear to be using checkerboard rendering
