Pişmaniye is a popular dessert common in many countries such as Iran, Bosnia and Turkey. Yet, it is the Turkish style cotton candy that is more known to the world. Almost all the process of making Pişmaniye is done by hand which requires 3 or 4 people. I came across this scene in a local food festival in Ümraniye where many people stood and watched the entire process.
