25 Minute Pilates At-Home Workout | Strength & Tone + Stretch

This is a strong full body Pilates workout that will strengthen, tone and stretch every muscle in your body, boost your metabolism and leave you feeling energised! We finish with a nice calming stretch, bringing the class to 30 minutes. You can do it at home or wherever you have space, no equipment needed! This is a strong class at times and some of the exercises are for more of an intermediate level, but modifications are offered for most levels.
