Material: 100g biscuits 40g butter 6-inch mold (13cm*13cm*5cm) 20g gelatine 100g hot milk (70℃) 240g yogurt 300g whipped cream 50g sugar 20g hot milk 7g matcha powder 5g gelatine 1g matcha powder hint: 1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter evenly and press firmly. 2. Soak the gelatine in cold water first. 3. Do not apply heat for too long before demoulding. #ASRM
