The city of Düsseldorf is also known as the fashion capital of Germany. It has more than 800 showrooms presenting the latest designer and couture creations. Here I am walking through all major sightseeing spots in the city centre on a rainy day in February 2022. Starting at the main station to Little Tokyo in the Immermannstraße, which is home to one of the largest Japanese communities in Europe, then heading to major shopping areas like the Schadowstraße, KÖ-Bogen II, and luxurious Königsallee street with its KÖ Galerie mall. After that we move on to the Carlsplatz, Altstadt (Old Town) and it’s various bar & restaurant streets along the Rhine river.
