FT Trainings Full Sessions | Episode #3 - Individual Session For Soccer Players. This training session is designed to train individually and can be completed during the in-season period. It is designed primarily to keep you in shape and fir for the matches. We recommend to take it at least once a week. The session consists of 5 drills and lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remember to do a proper warm-up before you start.
