It’s kind of crazy to look back over the years to see how much Vaporwave as a genre has grown. And like with any genre that grows exponentially over time, you suddenly find yourself with a myriad of sub genres. And there is one genre over Vaporwave’s decade long history that has stayed strong. One genre that has developed its own identity and expanded so much that it’s become barely recognizable from its vaporwave roots.
