Biu Jee form - Wing Chun Kung Fu - Performed by Scott Smith of Dragon Tao Kung Fu

Biu Jee form, from the Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu, performed with closeups of certain movements. Great for learning the form and training. The Biu Jee form uses body rotation, and movement of mass, to learn how to send the bodies centre of mass into the point of attack. The form should be performed at full speed. In the Chu Shong Ting lineage of Wing Chun we do the forms with an emphasis on relaxation, internal structure, opening joints etc. Performed by Sifu Scott Smith of Dragon Tao Kung Fu in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.
