Treaty Text Of Russia-DPRK Agreement Is Out! HUGE Changes Coming!

North Korea is now officially looking for a two-state solution for the 70 year old Korean conflict, and it is doing so by bringing in Russia as a stakeholder in the region, giving Moscow veto-power over military developments in the Far East. This is a huge step for North Koreans as it not only weakens its security dependence on China but opens a world of new possibilities for Pyongyang, reflected in all the economic agreements that are part and parcel of the new treaty.
