Pep-see are a Russian girl-group from St. Petersburgh, Russia who have been affiliated with Community 3 Records and producer Albert Garzon since the early 1990’s. This is their video for the song “Vovochka“ which was released by Comm3 Russia. The song has become a very popular (and dare we say) classic and Community 3 is happy to reissue these classic Russian pop sounds!
