Kim Jong-un was cheered by crowds in North Korea during a ground-breaking ceremony of a new construction project. The project aims to build 50,000 new apartments for the capital Pyongyang, state media reported. Kim Jong-un appeared with a trio of senior officials, Premier Kim Tok Hun, Jo Yong Won and Choe Ryong Hae. Most large-scale construction projects in North Korea are carried out by workers deployed by the military.
