No fancy fretboard acrobatics, just a steady consistent punching to the noggin with heavy riff after heavy riff. Maximum headbang-inducing awesomeness!!! This recording is my first with my most recent purchase of a Randall Diavlo RD1H ran into my Scarlett 2i2 interface using my custom SAW Insurgent 7-String loaded with a Seymour Duncan Retribution in the bridge and an EMG 60-7 X in the neck. With more fine tuning, I’ll get a better sound. So far, that little guy packs a mean punch! Bass was recorded using the Neural DSP Darkglass and my Ibanez SRFF805.
