New official video for the song Remember by Mercury Machine. The track is dedicated to the tragic, senseless loss of Sophie Lancaster who lost her life after a brutal attack because of how she looked and being a creative individual. We wanted to write a track in respect of her memory and to always remember her. We don’t refer to Sophie’s name in the lyrics as we wanted to represent others going through a similar difficult time of tragically losing someone close. The music video accompanying has been created by Juan A. Garcia. He interprets the pain of grief through the The Lovers a famous Painting by René Magritte and the image of a black rose to symbolise the tragic loss.
