On September 9, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira held talks during the seventh Russia-Gulf Cooperation Council Ministerial Meeting for Strategic Dialogue in Riyadh. In a constructive atmosphere, they discussed measures to advance the strategic partnership between Russia and Brazil.
