Parade includes: dignitaries in coaches and cars, combine harvesters and agricultural machinery, soldiers and sailors marching, veterans and floats. Includes good view of Lord Mayor’s carriage arriving at Guildhall. Various shots inside Guildhall showing Common Councilmen, Aldermen and Lord Mayor in robes, we see speeches being given and voting taking place. High angled shot Lord Mayor entering Guildhall, followed by men carrying mace and sceptre, he takes a seat at head table
