“I CAN’T MOVE“ - MONSTER ARM PUMP WORKOUT

I took one for the team on this one. You guys have been asking - and as always I deliver! This was my first arm session in 11 months, and as per usual we never half ass anything. So you know I had go hard on this one and the result.. well. Watch the vid! INSANITY. In the video you’ll see how I execute (or used to) my arm training to get them to grow BIG.
