Gunman kills at least 14, injures 25 in Prague mass shooting

Prague’s Police Chief has confirmed that a lone gunman, who was also a student at the university, was behind this bloodshed. Prague Police Chief Martin Vondrasek reported on Thursday evening that the 24-year-old gunman has also died, with no information released yet on the exact identity. The shooting took place in the philosophy department of the university, near the Jan Palach Square. Police reported that the shooter was an excellent student with no criminal record, and that he legally owned several guns. Vondrasek also said that the gunman also allegedly killed his father at his home earlier on Thursday.
