New , Cheat Device for NFS Carbon: Own The City

Hello guys, this time I’ll be trying out a new Cheat Device released for the Need For Speed Carbon: Own The City on PSP by Micsuit . Note : This plugin only works with the US version of game (ULUS10114). and it’s still a work in progress.
