Various shots of refugees trying to get away in boats. 1924 - King George V and Queen Mary arrive to open the Empire exhibition at Wembley Stadium. 1925 - The horses set off in the Derby. M/S of Steve Donoghue winning. 1927 - Solo Atlantic flyer Charles Lindbergh takes off. L/S of crowds in Paris.
