Development of the Arabidopsis lateral root

In the latest Special Issue of Development focussing on plant development, Soazig Guyomarc’h and colleagues perform live imaging on developing lateral root primordia in Arabidopsis. In Movie 1 from the paper, membranes are labelled in yellow and an organising region called the quiescent centre is labelled in cyan. In Movie 5, both membranes and the transcription factor SCARECROW are seen in green. Find out more in the research article here:
