Back to Back Challenge - Winners 2013

On June 1, 2013 an international team of knitters and spinners attempted to break the Guinness World Record for shearing a sheep, spinning the yarn and knitting a sweater. They achieved a time of 5 hours 32 minutes and 37 seconds. This did not beat the record but it was the fastest time for 2012. It was also a new best time for a team from Mainland Europe. More details can be seen at The record still stands at 4 hours 51 minutes and 14 seconds. The entire event was filmed, as evidence for the world record attempt. This video has been edited from three different cameras of varying quality. Some shots show the time, in red, in the corner. This is the actual time of day. The large digital display shows the time that has elapsed from the start.
