The keeper does not look like he’s going to be able to save it, Semedo moves to block to ball and the ball strikes his arm stoping the trajectory of ball. Had it of not his his arm, Rashford would have surely scored. The onus should be on the defender to make sure that if he going to block the ball then the make sure he’s done everything possible that it doesn’t strike his hand.
