Moscow, Russia, Soviet Union (USSR). Kremlin Palace. Various shots inside the hall as the audience give warm applause to President of Supreme Soviet of the USSR Leonid Brezhnev and Soviet Prime Minister Alexei Kosygin as they enter for the gala concert. Concert is held for the delegates of the International Communist Congress held in Moscow. Mass children choir singing. They get applause in the end. Various shots of the men in naval uniforms dancing traditional Russian dances. Later they parade with flag. Mass choir (possibly grand finale with all who took part in concert) singing in honour of Lenin. Huge bast of Lenin is seen on stage in background. They finish, crowd applauding. (F/G Comb.)
