The Most HATED City in Russia

There is a common pattern in many European (and not only European) countries - residents of other cities do not like the residents of the capital. And vise versa. The same thing can be found in Russia. Muscovites are considered lazy, arrogant and annoying. But, most importantly, most people outside of Moscow think that our capital lives at their expense. That all the taxes from Russia are collected in Moscow and then are spent on its improvement. Meanwhile, the rest of Russia is drowning in poverty.
