Juggling Tutorial - 4 Ball Column Box Variation

Apologies for the vagueness of this tutorial. This is a difficult trick to explain. The best advice I can give you if you’re stuck is to simply watch the slow-mo clips in this video, and to make sure you can to the 4 ball box and sprung cascade fairly consistently.
