This is the final project I made for the CGMA Level Design course. I wanted to really showcase all the stuff I have learned during the course. I made this compact Uncharted style level where I mixed exploration and traversal, shooting and a bit of stealth elements.
I was looking for a short compact to the point experience, that progressively grows in intensity, so the structure I came up with was 1 - Narrative sequence and level introducton ----- 2 - Exploration and Platforming ----- 3 - Shooting/Stealth section ---- 4 - Special action scene.
I tried to implement a narrative establishment and resolution (even if it is simple and kinda bland tbh), which is something I never tried before. I also tried to dress the level as much as I coud for presentation purposes, and added some dynamic music and dialogues to make the experience more compelling.
