Lisa was paralyzed at fourteen, then became a three-time Paralympian with six gold medals before she got injured and had to quit the competition. She then returned to nature for some healing and found that it helped her longtime pain. Now, this nomad surfs daily during the season and mountain bikes some incredible terrain. Her 2021 Ford Transit was designed and built to suit her physical limitations so she can thrive outdoors and independently. A lift gets her into a raised fixed bed, and a separate chair lift gets her and her wheelchair safely in and out of the van. This rockstar of an athlete inspires all of us with passion for what drives her happiness and inner peace!
