My favorite one - Japanese method. Stand up straight, legs and shoulders width apart. Lift your arms up past your sides so that your hands touch each other. IMPORTANT - arms should be straight. Turn your hands so that the back sides face each other. Now turn them back. Repeat this movement 10 times. Your posture will improve after the first session already. Here’s a way to correct your posture in 10 seconds. STANDING Stand against the wall. Inhale and exhale deeply several times. FALLING Arms at your sides. Lean forward for 10 seconds. Starting position. TILTS Sit on the edge of your chair. Bend backwards for 10 seconds. Starting position. TWISTS Hands behind your head. Turn to the left. After 5 seconds turn to the right. ARM LOCK Lock your arms. Pull your top arm upwards for 5 seconds. Change arms. WELCOME POSE Straighten out your back. Try to join your hands together for about 10 seconds. Relax.
