I think both songs work extremely well in this techno/trance style, I was dancing in the studio when making this absolute banger. =D I made another version which I call “The Tale Of Two Davids“ - I have to think a bit of whether or not to put it on Youtube, because a lot of DM fans will probably hate it. I’ve been a DM fan since 1983, I remember seeing the “Leave in silence“ music video on a VHS promo tape my father got from the record label (my parents ran a disco in Pori, Finland). So I was probably the first person in Finland to see that video, and I remember just being enthralled and thinking “who the hell are these guys?!“ and just falling in love with the sounds, atmosphere and the composition. So all of these mash-ups and whatever are a labour of LOVE for DM, and hopefully other fans get to experience the “what if...“ feelings and thoughts I do when making these. And also I gotta say after Violator the quality of remixes went down a huge, disgusting toilet. Maybe even earlier. Remember remixes like Master and servant’s “Slavery whip mix“ or the amazing “Highland mix“ of Stripped? Magical. *sigh* Would anyone be interested in seeing the process of doing these?
