Mayfair and the Tower of London. L/S of two men in a room full of crockery on tables and in glass cabinets on the wall, these are the Wedgwood showrooms. One of the men is Sir John Wedgwood who is Deputy Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Josiah Wedgwood and Sons Ltd. The other man is Mr Carl Hayden, the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in London. M/S of the two men examining a Wedgwood plate, C/U of a white plate with a flower and leaf pattern in the middle, M/S of a table set for dinner, there are Wedgwood dinner plates, side plates, dishes and cups and saucers. L/S of the two men walking over to another table set with Wedgwood china with a leafy pattern, John picks up a cup and saucer. M/S of the cup and saucer, he turns it over to show Carl. L/S of the two men, John keeps hold of the cup and puts the saucer down, he reaches over to pick up another cup.
