Full title reads: “Mr. De Valera - and Member of the Irish Republican Party attend a Meeting at the Mansion House“. Dublin, Eire (Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland). M/S of a man walking past a cheering crowd, he tips his hat to them before going up steps to Mansion House. M/S of woman entering Mansion House - could be Republican Countess Markievicz. More men and women are seen entering the House. They nod and wave at crowd, one man pushes a bicycle. It is not clear if Eamon De Valera is amongst them. High angled shot of men pushing back crowd surging around a car. High angled shot of crowds gathered around entrance to Mansion House. They watch man in uniform enter House.
