Kebab delight in the middle of the desert in Riyadh @Halisce life

Our customer, with whom we installed the machines in 2019, invited us to eat kebab in the midde of desert at the end of the work. A type of kebab made of metal in a “Kuyu kebab“-like method in Turkey and cooked with gas. A piece of meat is placed on a grill and a pot of spicy rice is placed under the flour. A gas boiler is placed on top of it. The meat fried in the cauldron for 2 hours cooks its own liquid and the rice at the same time. A type of kabab that should really be tried.
