My rendering of Jobim’s choro-sambado which João Gilberto launched in 1958 as ground zero for the Bossa Nova era. Here I lay out the samba rhythms across the registers, melody, chords and bass, to create a solo guitar version that I covered in the Bossa Nova Boot Camp series last summer. DdV
