Dummy foal explained: The Mare that birthed this foal almost died a week before actual birth so we were lucky to even get this far. With that in mind and for the safety of both the mare and foal we ushered along the birth. The end result of that act did not allow the foal the proper time of constriction and stimulation to its nervous systém in the birth canal.
