A Magical Day in our Permaculture Food Forest: How Two Goats Changed Everything

Join us on a typical day of regenerative work, where we walk the goats all the way across the farm and with their help, clear weeds and regenerate the land. We pick the first citrus of the year, and guavas, pecan nuts and kiwi fruit. We swim in the clear blue stream and warm ourselves on hot rocks, eating oranges and enjoying the sunshine. We share our natural sheep and goat care protocol, where we mix the minerals we use to keep them healthy — completely organically and without the use of drenches or antibiotics. We live and farm on the land of the Arakwal and Minjungbal People of Bundjalung and these practices of regenerative living, agriculture and permaculture owe their roots and theories to Indigenous knowledge — they have been practiced by Indigenous People around the world for so many years.
