The Canadian Armed Forces are in Even Worse Shape than you may Think

The shortfall of personnel due to a combined ’recruiting & retention’ crisis is bringing all 3 Service Branches to a crippling halt operationally. It wasn’t always the case for Canada’s peacetime military. Just 30 years ago the CAF were offering pay incentives to those wishing early retirement. Of course they botched that too.
