During our training courses we out students under different levels of stress see if the old habits kick in or if the knowledge and skills they worked on are becoming second nature.
In this simple stress course students will have to carry an 85lb punching bag, swing a 16lb sledge hammer, shoot 10in steel targets while walking, press 2x25lb kettlebells, and shoot a 6in steel plate at the end with out hitting the hostage.
