The Mist | WHY You’re WRONG About The ENDING

Mrs. Carmody was not just crazy, but she was correct. Especially when she said a sacrifice was needed to appease the monsters and the mist itself. A sacrifice that I’m sure none of us will never forget. Because some how for a horror movie this one seems to push the scares into true terror territory. But don’t worry because I’m here to bring it back up and talk about it in great detail (or explain the ending). Because even though it is very bleak, and considered one of the saddest endings in all of cinema, THERE WAS A REASON BEHIND IT. Both lore wise in the Stephen King Universe and as a directorial statement from Frank Darabont. Of course though if you’re reading this you are probably watching the video, which is awesome and I that you for that.
